How do introductions work?
When a homeowner asks to be connected with a pro, we confirm the project with them first. Then we text or email you the project details (service, area, size, timeline) and how to reach the homeowner, who is expecting your call.
How fast do I need to respond?
Ideally within the hour. Homeowners hire the pro who calls first and shows up when promised. Pros who are consistently slow to respond lose priority.
What if a request isn’t a fit?
Wrong or disconnected number, not the homeowner or decision-maker, outside the areas you chose, or a job type you said you don’t do. Tell us within 7 days and we make it right.
What does it cost to join?
Nothing to apply, no contract and no monthly fee. We never take a cut of your jobs. After you apply, we email you our partner terms for your trade, including free introductions so you can judge the quality first.
How many introductions will I get?
We’re a new, local network, so volume is still growing. We’ll be honest on our call about what to expect in your trade and area.
