These Terms of Use govern your use of paintprosnetwork.com (the “Site”), operated by ChargeNetCity LLC (“PaintProsNetwork,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

1. What we do

PaintProsNetwork is a free referral service that connects homeowners and property owners with painting and home-service professionals (“Professionals”). PaintProsNetwork itself does not perform the work, and it is not a contractor, employer, or agent of any independent Professional.

Affiliated companies. Some Professionals may be companies owned by or affiliated with ChargeNetCity LLC (“Affiliated Companies”). When an Affiliated Company serves your service and area, we may match your request with it first. If you are matched with an Affiliated Company, we will tell you, and that company is responsible for its own estimate, contract and work. Estimates shown on the Site are typical price ranges, not quotes or offers.

2. Professionals are independent

Professionals other than Affiliated Companies are independent businesses. Any estimate, contract, price, schedule, warranty, or payment is solely between you and the Professional. We review Professionals before they join our network, but we do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, licensing, insurance, or results of any Professional’s work, and we do not guarantee that a Professional will be available for your project. Before hiring anyone, you should confirm licensing and insurance that apply to your project, get a written estimate, and check references.

3. Your information and contact consent

You agree to provide accurate information and to submit requests only for property you own or are authorized to arrange work for. When you check the consent box on our request form, you agree that we and one matched Professional may contact you by phone, text message (including automated texts), and email about your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or by contacting us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false or someone else’s information, use the Site to send spam, scrape or copy the Site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. No warranties

The Site and our service are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PaintProsNetwork and ChargeNetCity LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any work performed or not performed by a Professional, including property damage, personal injury, or disputes about price or quality. Because our service is free to homeowners, our total liability to you for any claim related to the Site will not exceed $100.

7. Professionals in our network

Professionals who receive referrals are also bound by a separate written agreement with us, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
