PaintProsNetwork (“we,” “us”) is operated by ChargeNetCity LLC. This policy explains what information we collect when you use paintprosnetwork.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you request a project match, we collect your name, phone number, email (optional), ZIP code, and project details such as service type, property type, size, and timeline. When a painter applies to join our network, we collect business and contact details. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email, and message.
- Consent records. When you agree to be contacted, we record the wording you agreed to, the date and time, your IP address, and your browser type, so we can show that consent was given.
- Usage information. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics providers may collect basic technical data such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location. We may use cookies or similar tools (for example Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel) to measure visits and the performance of our advertising.
How we use your information
- To review your request and match you with a local painting professional
- To contact you by phone, text message, or email about your request
- To follow up about your experience with the professional you were matched with
- To evaluate painters who apply to our network
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site and measure our advertising

How we share your information
With one matched painting professional. When you request a match, we share your contact information and project details with the independent painting professional we match you with, so they can contact you about an estimate. That professional is a separate business, and its handling of your information is governed by its own practices.
With service providers who help us run the Site, such as website hosting, database, email delivery, and analytics providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
For legal reasons, if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our users, or others, and in connection with a sale or transfer of our business.
We do not sell your information to multiple contractors or to data brokers.
Text messages and calls
If you consent, we and your matched painter may contact you by phone and text message, including automated texts, at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop contacting you through our contact page. Mobile opt-in information is not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How long we keep information
We keep request and consent records for as long as needed to provide our service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations, and then delete or de-identify them.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. You can limit cookies through your browser settings and opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
